3. Website content

We take care to keep information on this site accurate and current, but it is provided for general guidance only. Product specifications, generation figures and indicative costs shown on the site are illustrative and are not a quotation. Nothing on this website forms a binding offer.

4. Enquiries and surveys

Submitting an enquiry or booking a survey does not create a contract. A survey allows us to assess your property or site so we can prepare a written quotation. We may need to rearrange an appointment; where we do, we will contact you as soon as possible.

5. Quotations

• Quotations are based on the information available at the time of survey.
• A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and may be revised if the scope of works changes or if conditions are found that could not reasonably be identified at survey.
• Where third-party approvals are required — for example grid connection or planning consent — the works are subject to those approvals being obtained.

6. Works and payment

Any installation work is governed by the written quotation and contract documents issued to you, which set out the scope, price, payment schedule and programme. Where those documents conflict with these website terms, the contract documents take precedence.

7. Cancellation

Where you are a consumer and the contract is agreed away from our premises, you have statutory cancellation rights. Details of those rights, and how to use them, are provided with your contract documents.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, video, branding and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or republish it without our written permission.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website.

10. Third-party links and services

This website links to and embeds third-party services such as online booking and live chat. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party sites and services.
